ABOUT US
Business Training & Consulting (BTC) is a company specializing in development programs in areas such as: leadership, management, sales, communication, mentoring, individual and group coaching at the managerial level.
We have been operating on the Polish market since 2000. In 2001, BTC was selected as the Polish partner of the American company AchieveForum, which for over three decades has been a pioneer in creating training solutions for leading corporations in the world. Our second business partner is the American company Linkage International, with which we jointly implement international projects. We have been accredited by the Gallup Institute since 2017. Thanks to it, we conduct coaching processes based on the Gallup methodology, as well as workshops and training focused on extracting teams' strengths in organizations. Through a partnership with AchieveForum, Linkage Inc. and Gallup Institute, and cooperation with companies such as Accenture, Harvard Business School or Insead, BTC enables its clients to access the most modern business solutions.
Our team consists of consultants carrying out development projects both nationwide and abroad, by participating in international endeavors with our American partners. BTC consultants are people with many years of experience in both business and training gained while working in consulting field and for concerns from various sectors.
We start working with our client from a thorough diagnosis of their business environment, and then understanding their needs, expectations and the current situation of the company. This information allows us to develop optimal training solutions tailored to the individual needs of the client.
We conduct training and coaching processes in Polish, English, French, Swedish and Norwegian.
